James is a Part II Architectural Assistant and Digital Marketing Manager, with a keen eye for visualisation and graphics. He has a proficient background in large scale residential and mixed use architecture.
The following phase is for a proposal for a creative maker’s space/ exchange, situated within a wider masterplan proposal. The masterplan, Cartier Libertate is situated on the existing Casa Radio Site, which forms part of a wider Dambovita redevelopment. The masterplan armature was rooted in the armature of Liberation in Individualism – a catalyst for creating liberation for Romanian’s from the Communist and Soviet reign, through ownership of local craft and production.
The Maker’s Exchange develops on this though refining the interactions of these processes within the local community and wider context of Bucharest.
